Welcome to Adojo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Adojo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use Adojo.
Adojo is a membership platform that connects members with expert-curated collections of tools, resources, and training ("Dojos"). Dojos are created and managed by third-party experts ("Dojo Masters"). Adojo provides the platform infrastructure; individual Dojo Masters are responsible for the content within their Dojos.
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:
Member Subscription: The Adojo member subscription costs $30 per month and provides access to join any and all Dojos on the platform.
Dojo Master Subscription: The Dojo Master subscription costs $80 per month and allows you to create and operate a Dojo on the platform.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
By joining a Dojo, you expressly consent to Adojo sharing your name and email address with the Dojo Master who operates that Dojo. This data sharing is a fundamental feature of our service. Dojo Masters may use your information to:

Adojo reserves the right to remove any Dojo or Dojo Master that violates these terms or provides low-quality content.
Adojo Content: The Adojo platform, branding, and original content are owned by Adojo and protected by intellectual property laws.
Dojo Content: Content within Dojos is owned by or licensed to the respective Dojo Masters. Members receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use Dojo content for their own purposes.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to Adojo, but grant us a license to use it in connection with our services.
Adojo offers an affiliate program that allows users to earn commissions by referring new members and Dojo Masters. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to additional terms that will be provided upon enrollment. Adojo reserves the right to modify commission structures and program terms at any time.
No Guarantees: Adojo does not guarantee any specific results from using our platform or any Dojo content. Success depends on many factors beyond our control.
Third-Party Content: Dojo content is created by third-party Dojo Masters. Adojo does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or effectiveness of any Dojo content.
As-Is Service: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adojo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Adojo may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
